Return & Refund Policy

At 3dkeycap, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If something is wrong with your order, or if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

Return window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new or slightly used condition.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with any original packaging when possible.

Custom and personalized products

Because many of our products are made to order, customized, or personalized, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes, for example, products with custom legends, or other personalized features made specifically for your order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue if possible.

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or return authorization.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may cover the cost of return shipping where appropriate.

Non-defective returns

We do accept returns for non-defective, non-custom items within the 30-day return window.

For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item so we can confirm the next steps.

Return method

Returns are handled by mail.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unless otherwise required or agreed, original shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.

  • the reason for the request

  • photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
